Current courses can be found in the course catalogue. Click on the course link and find the ‘Enrol now’ button. This will direct you to complete an online registration form.

Before you register, please read the individual course description and related information carefully to ensure that the course you have selected is the right one for you. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to indicate that you agree to the Terms and Conditions for course registration. These Terms and Conditions include information about materials, copyright, and the length of your registration period. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

If you are looking for training for your organisation or staff, you can enquire about group rates through our enquiry form. A member of our training team will be in touch to discuss your training needs and provide you with a proposal.

Our course catalogue provides information on the range of training courses we have available. Courses may be delivered online, face-to-face, or in a blended format.

All of our training programs can be delivered to organisations. Currently we can deliver any course face-to-face with a limit of 25 staff per session; online training is available for some programs; and others are under development and will be available online soon. The ‘Mode of Delivery’ is listed on each course information page.

We provide personalised proposals for organisations. To enquire about group rates for online programs or if you are interested in face-to-face training, please make contact via our enquiry form and we will be in touch to discuss your training needs in more detail.

If you cannot view the course material despite clicking on the correct links, you may not have the technical requirements as listed above.

My login doesn't work

accordion_icon

The most common reasons people experience problems when attempting to log in are:

  • Details are entered incorrectly. For example, an extra space may have been mistakenly added to the username and/or password. Or the username entered is different to the one used for registration. (Note: your username is your email, and your password is the one you created at registration.)
  • Multiple accounts with different login details have been created and the incorrect one is being used.
  • Access to the course has expired. Once registered, you will have three (3) months access to your course after which it will be closed.

How do I reset my password?

My video is not playing
